How to Make Life Easier with the Best Remote Access Software

As every year goes by I learn that lessons that may seem obvious to other people. For example, sometimes you can save yourself a lot of hassle just by making a simple decision.  Although this fact may seem obvious to many people, I have to admit it took me awhile to get this through my head.

This fact is especially true when it comes to computers. For example, I found the best remote access software when I didn’t even know I needed remote access software to begin with!   However, now that I have this I have saved myself a great deal of grief.

I have to admit that sometimes I have the tendency to spend a ton of time on my computer trying to figure out solutions to things that are in actuality very easy.  When I encounter a problem to solve, I automatically begin to do things like research things on Google, ask my friends, and sit around worrying.  You probably are either like me or have a friend like me. The more I can simplify my life, the better. I’m sure you can relate.

I do a lot of traveling, and usually am forced to do a lot of my business from hotels.  You know how it is; some hotels have fantastic business centers and some hotels, well, let’s just say it is difficult to even find a plug and electricity to use.

I was at this one hotel a couple of months ago and actually they were supposed to have a top-notch business center.  I had a huge amount of work I needed to complete, and I had prepared pretty thoroughly for this trip. I brought a bunch of important DVDs and CDs I needed to get all my work done.  However, when I got to the business center, to my dismay, I found out that their Internet didn’t even work.

When I asked about the high-speed cable feed, the hotel receptionist immediately said that she would send some technical staff to help me out. Well, lets just say that I sat in that business center room for at least an hour feeling pretty stressed.  No tech staff even bothered showing up.  Obviously they just told me that they were sending someone to get me to shut-up and go away.

Now that I have what is obviously the best remote access software, I just take my laptop along with me.  In fact, if I don’t feel like lugging my laptop around, I can just show up at virtually any Internet café anywhere around the world.  It only takes about 2 minutes to get everything up and running.

I have to remember that sometimes it’s just easiest to take a minute and ask yourself, “What is the clearest and easiest way to achieve this goal?” If there is something simple I can buy to make my life run more smoothly, you can bet I will run out and get it.

You would think I am old enough to have learned this lesson. On the bright side, at least I can pass this information down to my kids.  They will certainly know where to find the best remote access software. In fact, this software will be very handy for school as well.
