that this may not be one of the most
comfortable subjects for most people. But here on the site, where I
cover a wide range of products and
services, learning how to cleanse your colon is definitely one of the hottest topics. Ever since Dr. Oz was on Oprah -- which is when he first started talking about all of the benefits that people could get from a regular cleansing -- even some people who would have never thought about doing one before started getting interested in it. Lots of people think this is a smart move -- because even though, like I said, it may not be something that you want to talk about your next cocktail party, many people are convinced that there are some amazing benefits, including almost immediate weight loss, lower cholesterol, and lower blood-pressure, that make colon cleansing something that any health-conscious person should seriously consider. (I have no idea if all this is true, but I do know some "big names" certainly feel that it is.)  |

The Importance of Probiotics Many, many people interested in colon cleansing supplements are also interested in taking probiotics -- the good "bugs" that live in healthy intestines and keep our insides functioning smoothly. If you don't know what probiotics are, or why including them in any quality colon cleanser makes sense, you should. I talk about this in both of the videos here on this page, but in case you're in a rush, you should know this... Check out Innerclean* because of the addition of probiotics. The fact that a number of doctors appear to have endorsed it, based on what they say on the company's website, doesn't hurt either. Plus, they give you a trial sample to to evaluate how it works for you.
Natraclean* is another popular choice -- and another that contains probiotics. They also offer a trial sample (hint, hint -- no reason you can't try both and double the trial amount!).
