RapidFax is a very popular choice because of the ease of use, because it just plain works beautifully, and because they give you a completely free 30 day trial to evaluate it. eFax is another popular choice, and it's definitely worth a try since it's free to try as well.
My recommendation is to try them both (they both offer free trials, so why not?) and see which one is better suited to your needs.
